My son and I were shown a clean apartment 2 months before he was to move in. When we went to move him into his apartment it had not been cleaned at all from the previous owner. There was urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat with feces inside the bowl. None of the floors had been vacuumed or shampooed like we had been told they would be. The blinds were broken or not there. The carpets were dirty and full of grass and other droppings. There were cobwebs on every wall and ceiling. We were told to wait 24 hours and they would fix all of this. So 24 hours later and two phone calls where the manager assured us all was fixed up later we show up and nothing had been done. Three of us spent 4 hours scrubbing the place so it was at least habitable.
