I moved away thinking i was gettin away from everyone ..but no........... DO REASEARCH...Its crazy... half of the a/c 's in apt dont work.... on 98% of all issues the mgr. believes the cops over the tenants. lots of people on papers meaning probation or porale or on the sex offender list. if you need to get something fixed you have to pay...even if they didnt fix it.. they dont change locks after someone moves out. and if they do change locks they will do it after the police tell them to. Maintence ususally is poor. When i moved in there were stains in my carpet (still are), torn up carpet, bathroom smelled like smoke and other things, tub was dirty, inside the toilet was litterly black. took 4 hrs cleanin everything... Cops are known on a first name basis. Management basically doesnt care of when stuff gets fixed they usually tell when it wont get fixed. And after the landlord leaves, the girl that ususally there... i dont remember if she still works there... she dont do anything but play on her phone...or anything like that.... so i wont recommend here at all
