I dont personally live here, but I have two friends that do. This fall when it first started to get really cold it took the a week to turn the heat on. They explained to my friend that is just wasnt that cold outside yet to turn the heat on. There was snow on the ground!!!! They then proceeded to lie to DHS when she called them to complain about the heating situation. I would never live here, it is ghetto, trashy and full of drugs!
