This is a great place to live. It is neat, Very quiet, clean halls and grounds, plenty of parking, good garages. Although it is a little expensive, You have very low heat and electric bills. Sound walls and good insulation. Kitchen not great but adequate, large bedrooms and great balcony. Don't expect to have loud parties or such, but that's what makes it a great place.
