I've rented here for 6 years (which I think says something all by itself), although most residents seem to be here for 1 year or less.
The staff seem very helpful and attentive - They hold periodic parties (hot dogs, pop, ice cream, etc.) to allow the residents to get to know each other.
The parking situation in the previous post has somewhat of a point if you do not live in the center building. I've never seen a time when there were NO parking spaces available, no matter what time of day.
However, most parking is closer to the central building and pool, so you make have to walk up to 1/4 block if the spaces by the north and south units fill up.
The maintenance team is very responsive - I've never had to wait as much as 24 hours for them to respond, even on weekends.
It's not as fancy as some of the newer and more 'upscale' complexs, but I think it's a very good value for the money.
