I had the fortune of moving here for my employment. Linn County rents 6 apartments from this organization due to their exceptional staff and facility. The management and maintenance staff promptly reply to all concerns in a friendly and professional manner. The buildings are in excellent condition and the grounds are quite nice and family friendly. The parking situation is not a problem at this point and offers many handicapped accessible spots. If I was to move to another city I would definately find another apartment complex owned by the same organization.
