Rude and Racist Resident Manager

The resident manager is very rude to her tenants. She is also a very big racist. Her language mostly points to negative sentences and most of them starting with "I dont care", "Its not our problem", "I can't..", "No.".. and so on. The apartment inside is good, neighbourhood is good, pool is small but ok. The apartment is good with a rude manager. Hope Minkin management realizes this and cycle out her for it to be a better place. Otherwise, some other few cons could be - not responsive, not keeping up whats there in ur lease (like my friend's apartment had to have 2 AC's due to 2 bedroom apartment but she removes all the 2nd AC units and its very hard to get it back in Summer), she sent away 2 people from apartments saying that they brought bed-bugs from their homeland and US never has bed bugs (Crazy...).

This is a lie. At least in my building, 50-75% of the residents are NOT white... so how would she be a racist? If she was, she wouldn't rent to you.

I think its the manager is the one who wrote the response to this review. I personally faced RACIST commands from this manager. I was about to call the cops and her assistant came in between and apologized for her behavior. Count my words. She is going behind bars some time soon.

Many non-americans have definately faced a lot of with this person. Im writing this after 1.5 yrs (She as a manager and her behavior as a RUDE person) have not changed. Hope she realizes that she cant go around hurting people like this. Its really bad to treat / talk to ppl no matter what color/country they are from. Ppl are ppl (not animals)...
