Happy With My Time There - I lived in a basement two-bedroom apartment from May 2011-Dec 2011. Rent was 695/mo. I had very few problems in my six month stay at Windsor. While quite old, the apartment was clean, spacious, and in reasonable repair. I did have something of a bug problem, with an incredible number of spiders during the warmer months. Great Staff The staff in the office and the maintenance man are super nice. If I ever have a problem the ladies in the office are great about fixing it. And when I put a work order in the maintenance man is there right away to fix my problem. And he does it fast. Over all the staff is GREAT!!!!! 2

This place is rediculous!! My Son rented from this place and has absolutely been ripped off!! Was charged a $550 dollar carpet cleaning bill for a tiny one bedroom apt. They could have replaced the carpet for that amount!!!! All in all may be pet friendly but be ready to pay dearly, total

Flying termites.. I had flying termites in my apartment for the 8 months I was in WOTR. I caught a few, put them in a zip lock bag, gave it to the office workers, and NOTHING was done. I had to vacuum up hundreds (no exaggeration) of flying termites in the apartment before I left.

Hate this place..and would warn people who are planning to move in there...
