I have been living here for almost a year( got cought in siging the 1 year lease). its always good to spend a little extra to get a piece of mind. this complex is very old, most of the amenities are very old and broken or close to break. the doors and windows all are almost rotten. Mice scared me quite a few time which came through behind the dirty dishwasher(which is begging to be replaced) big holes in the kitchen. Even though i have complained few times to fix something they never showed up on time. But they came on Sundays to fix the complains from other people.
The biggest drawback is the crowd around here. within first month of my moving here i had to call the cops for a loud music during a weekday. Most of the good people i met here has moved away in last few months and i will follow them very soon. If you are someone who just need a roof over the head then its alright for you, otherwise i would say consider some other place but the Crest Manor.
