I have lived in Crest Manor for 2 years. When I first moved in the place looked great. Under closer inspection I found that EVER single window in my place was broken in some sense. My first year we had a storm that ripped a HUGE tree out and tossed it on residents cars (3 of them). It took over 2 weeks for them to remove the tree AND they wouldn't file it w/their insurance and cover the cars that were literally smashed like pancakes! When hall lights go out it takes over a week to get a new one. The halls are "cleaned" once a week and are disgusting. The neighbors are TERRIBLE! I've had to phone police several times for fist fights in the halls, people kicking in doors, screaming in the parking lot at all hours, anything you can think of it happens. My apt got roaches from my neighbor who refused to call pest control. After 2 requests pleading with mgt to come spray they finally did (TWO weeks later. Management blows you off and never returns calls or takes care of ANY situation that needs addressed. The cleaning lady once told my neighbor who called the police on them and she then harrassed the tennant until they moved out. The pool is accessible to 6-8 buildings and is TINY and dirty. They have MAYBE 8-10 chairs you can use in the pool area. The parents let the pool and park babysit their kids. These children are some of the worst I've seen, foul mouthed, lude gestures and violent! I have a 13yr old daughter that I'm afraid to let her go out sometimes if I'm not there. The only plus about this place it is has a very LARGE kitchen and is close to fire dept/police dept so the roads in front of complex are plowed VERY well all day long. That just isn't enough to continue living in this place. ALSO they own EVERYTHING around here so be careful not to get fooled by renting in a different building w/different name. They really are slumlords!
