I have lived here almost a year and in the winter the temp in my bedrooms is usually 40 degrees due to the leaky window insulation, the A/C keeps leaking from the neighbors above me, crickets keep getting in there too. Windows leak during heavy rains. Not to mention I have complained on the LOUD neighbors above me 3 times and they still keep me up all night.

I've lived at Timberland Terrace for 3 years now and they've never been anything but nice to me. They help me with everything I need. I know exactly who wrote those bad things they lived right by to me! They always trashed their apartment and were 2 months late on rent, so they got evicted and now they're mad that they have to pay for the damages! There are always going to be stupid people who get mad because they screwed themselves over. This is a great place to live don't let other people tell you differently.

For u yes, but the other 90% NOOOOOOOO. You don't know who anyone is because theres many of it. Our whole building left at the end of our leases cause it sucked. Maybe your expectations just aren't as high as ours.

My A/C has been broken the entire time I have lived here. Nothing I have done has convinced them to change it. A/C is not a "requirement" like heat...however, it is an advertised amenity. I complained all the way to the top, had a number of "experts" come over and say "I have to go get the boss" or my favorite "I don't have the right tools" and then they NEVER COME BACK!
This place has nothing to offer but location...and there are 15 other places around here for a simlilar price that will offer more than this place. I have never been so happy to see someone fired when I found out the property manager was...and if you think that is something awful to say...just read these reviews of her!

I am in the buildings with the HUGE A/C on the roof.. everytime it rains or the A/C above me is on, water drips into the exaust vent.. have complained many time to no avail
