Don't get fooled! - I have lived in Crest Manor for 2 years. When I first moved in the place looked great. Under closer inspection I found that EVER single window in my place was broken in some sense. My first year we had a storm that ripped a HUGE tree out and tossed it on residents cars (3 of them). ok for the price I lived here for a year. No big complaints, but the apartments were nothing special. I would say you get what you pay for -- rent was pretty reasonable, but the apartments show their age. We had newer carpet, but cabinets and fixtures were old. I never had a problem

Timberland Terrace THE NIGHTMARE It was a nightmare. Cheap rent and special offers could never make this property worth living at again! Its aweful. The MANAGER is the most ignorant/lazy/nonpunctual person. Don't count on your complaints being handled. Don't count on them to fix things

One of the Greatest locations on the West Side I've been living there for over 2 years with little to no issues. Lots Of Ammenities and the rent is lower than most anywhere else. I have been looking for a place to go to for the past year and haven't found a better place than I am now.

Dirty and unsafe complex I really dislike living there and cannot wait to move. It seemed like a nice place when I moved in but quickly went down in quality. They allow creepy looking people move in and some of them go through the dumpsters and break into cars. The walls are filthy and the grounds

Great place I've been at these apartments for almost 3 months now. I love it. The staff are so friendly! They helped me find a place quick and let me pick out a color to paint my wall! And they said when you renew your lease they clean your carpets, or they will paint another wall for you!
