I moved into this apartment after graduating from college. It was much nicer looking than other places I looked at.
After living there for three years, here's what I'd say about the place:
-The landlord is very nice and easy to deal with - if you're on time with the rent and are a somewhat clean and quiet tenant, which I was. This area of town has some lower class people living there and some who have lived in these apartments have not been very good tenants in terms of noise, paying rent, upkeep, etc. and have been removed.
-The apartments are showing their age and a few things need to be updated, although if anything broke or needed fixing, the landlord would fix them promptly and put new in.
-As is the case in many apartments, the walls and floors seem to be pretty noise-conductive so if you have neighbors above or below who play music, you will hear it.
Other than that, it was a great place to live, and I felt like it was definitely better than most places i could have gone with.
