I've been living here since last August and it's been pretty great. True, no one lived in the apartment on the other side of the wall, and a lot of the neighbors are pretty loud when the windows are open, and there have been problems with tenants leaving cigarette butts and dog poop all over the grounds but the staff has left signs up scolding the tenants so it's not their fault.

Every maintenance problem was fixed in a timely fashion and the staff from Heritage was always super nice. The apartment is nice and spacious and a great value. The apartment building is right by two different bus stops, so getting to the university campus is super easy.

There are some pretty obnoxious kids who live across the courtyard from me whose parents don't seem to pay much attention to them, and they have been peeling the wallpaper off in the hallways. There have been large pieces of wallpaper missing the whole time I've lived here that have grown bigger and bigger over time, but otherwise everything else seems to be well maintained.
