This place, at least when I lived in it, is falling apart. The stairs are coming apart, nothing is ever fixed. The insulation is CRAP, so your energy bill will be unusually high.

The landlord is a witch - she constantly leaves little notes for EVERYONE about the dog crap problem - when only half the people actually have dogs!

The pet policy, like in most places, is ridiculous. A huge deposit, plus pet rent. I can understand for dogs, but for cats' How much damage could a cat cause' Not $400 worth!

The apartment is of course, full of delinquents. People doing drugs, horrible music that's way too loud. Cops there on a lot of occasions. Don't be surprised to come home most nights and find people tokin' up joints. LOVELY place to raise kids! Yuck!

Not to mention, it's full of sex offenders. (Seriously, look it up) And that's probably because there's a lovely little halfway house just down the street.

My boyfriend lived here, which is the only reason I was living here for a few months - it's the pits! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You can find places in coralville that are MUCH better and for less.
