its true what was said in the last review. the place is not worth it. it is in a horrible location for anyone who needs to get to iowa city on a daily basis. the police are constantly there taking care of this one little tweak who talks to himself while working on his busted ass car. not to mention, the constant stream of reminders about animal crap from the landlord, even when you pick yours up.
any damages in the apartment are likely to go ignored and if you find one, make sure to record it as this will help to prevent you from getting screwed over by this crazy lady. besides the actual landlord, there are a few ballsy older folks who seem to think that they have manager stamped on their foreheads. watch out for these little narcs. also, side note, knowing spanish will help. my non-english speaking neighbors were the nicest there

save yourself a lot of trouble and just go elsewhere.
