When I lived here in '06-'07 it wasn't the best. My ceiling leaked every single time it rained, birds were constantly finding ways to get into my kitchen cabinets from outside, and my floor creaked loudly, making my downstairs neighbors complain. I ended up being screwed over when I moved out. The manager had agreed to meet me and inspect the apartment and give me a signed estimate of the amount to be taken out of my deposit. She never showed up, even though I waited for two hours, and then two months later not only had she taken my entire deposit but she sent me a *bill* for $700 in "damages." I was in basic training at the time, and she knew it, so there wasn't a single thing I could do about it. Also, the laundry room has cracked and crumbling stairs leading down to it--I almost twisted my ankle several times, and there are spiders and webs *everywhere* in the laundry room.
Overall, not the most attentive or worthwhile place to go.
