Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
It is a very good place to live at least for family members. But the amenities needs to be increased.
They do not have GYM or playing area or neither kids play area which makes things miserable.
All you can do when you come from office is sit before the TV or Internet which is very monolothic.
If they could plan for having the above said, then this will become the most sorted apartment.
They also could plan for GARAGES as a safety measure during the WINTER season.
But one thing that is really appreciated is the maintenance people are too GOOD and HIGHLY RESPONSIVE. Really taken back by their prompt service and will give them a THUMPS UP for the same. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
