| 07/16/2012 | Positives and negatives. I lived in Scotsdale for a little over a year before moving into a condo. As someone who isn't white, I am suprised by all of the negative comments about Jennifer. We found her to be very nice and helpful. The maintenance could have been better. The pilot light repeatedly went off so we had no hot water. They hired a company to replace the roof shingles and they were a little dicey but no major issues.
