The apartment is pretty nice in that it is new and well constructed. However, they are pretty expensive and it takes forever to get stuff fixed. The landlord is very disorganized and is not helpful. She has lied to me and I would not trust her. She will say anything you want to hear to get you to sign the lease, but once you do, she will ignore anything you say until it becomes a crisis. If you want to live here, you are taking a risk. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

I agree absolutely - lied about returning deposit. Lied about their plans for a pool ('start building later in the year' - hahahaha..). Lied about when the maintenance man would come.
