Better but needs to be BEST - It is a very good place to live at least for family members. But the amenities needs to be increased. Non Responsive Management I lived here for over 1 year and the landlords did not care about you once you sign the lease. The lease agreement is over 10 pages of legal jargin that gives them a way to screw you when you move out. Don't rent here go down the street.

A further comment on maintenance Coincidentally, just yesterday I sent an e-mail asking for a very minor repair (faucet leak) at 11:00 a.m. I explicitly told the office person that this was not urgent, and it could be done in the next few days. The problem was fixed promptly by 3:00 p.m.
