My son lived at Bluffs Apartments for 9 months. His dishwasher needed repairs which he called in many times to no avail. He could not use it because the water would not drain out of it. He washed and dried his dishes for several months. When he moved out of the apartment, the dishwasher still had not been repaired.
His toilet also needed repairs. Each time he flushed it, sewage would squirt all over the floor from the bottom area of the toilet. He spoke with the maintenance people about his toilet and asked that it be repaired. In the meantime, he used the restroom at the nearby gas station. He was still using the gas station restroom when he moved out after at least a three week period in which his toilet had not been looked at.
His apartment building also had cockroaches crawling all over. Even though it had been sprayed twice in the 9 month period he lived there, the cockroaches still kept crawling.
I would not recommend that anyone live at Bluffs Apartments until it is under new management. The people that manage this apartment complex are rude and are of no assistance when something in your apartment needs repairs.
