the roofs leak and need major repairs. the old manager confessed that it will take too much money to fix so they just let people complain. also, the nearby school football and baseball fields means that almost year round there is so much noise from the crowds, bands, and announcers. It's like having a marching band in your bedroom at nine oclock in the morning. And the staff is very rude, and there is quick turnover of staff. Also, gang members from nearby come here to use the weight room and pool.

There is no nearby fb or bb field & The Bluffs does not have a weight room or pool. I believe you must have the wrong apartments. Please make sure you have the right apartments before you post a review like this.
