You would be in Heaven if you were a drug addict and rich if you are a dealer. You can smell them cooking or smoking it.
The older kids are always running in the hall. Nothing was ever fixed and was left broke as long as you couldn't see it. My carpet had dog urine all over since the previous tentants had pit bulls,,,but it would be cleaned again, never was, the toilet leaked under the lanolium and black mold was on everything.
If you love your children and wish for them to grow up happy and not on drugs do not live here. I wanted that so I broke my lease, now I am turned into a collection agency...that I will never pay and they charge 51% interest. I've called the company that owns the complex. Presidential Reality of Iowa several times to no avail. They state they are fixing it up,,, well it doesn't change the fact that the kids are tearing it up as fast as they fix it and drug addicts and offenders are still residing there. If you lived here you file a complaint with the city or housing agencies. This place needs major attention.

Dear Molly05, Get your facts straight. I moved on my own free will and was told by management that if I or they found someone to move in and take my lease I was fine, they said they found someone and lied. THE LAW STATES "The landlord has to rent the abondanded premises in a timely matter, and when this is done it VOIDS the orginal tenancy." Look into the ------- laws. AND I did get somewhere with calling the owners cause the collection agency is done. Do keep your opinions to yourself and get the facts. I did and know the law and the owners and they know what is going on so do not try to fool anyone.

If the apartment was in these conditions why did you move in? You were evicted. I am sure of it. Also learn how to spell. In my opinion you are full of it and thats all I have to say besides for someone who moved into an apartment under these conditions you should have moved over to Featherstone thats where you belong.

featherstone and cambridge green are infested with crack heads and drug dealers. the gang activity around here has boomed the last couple of years. i agree with her, it SUCKS!!!! People break into cars and slash tires and much other things. Do not move here unless you want to live in the 'HOOD'
