Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I came to Council Bluffs for work and moved in here last June. I have had no problems with theft, maintenance or staff. I work late nights and sleep during the day. There are alot of children here and people but all in all it is quiet and I really enjoy my apartment.
