Cambridge Green became Riverbend Apartments. New owner, new management company. Have seen many improvements in the few months that I've been here. Lots of KUDOS for that. However, my apartment was not painted before I moved in and it really needed it. Other repairs have been taken care of pretty quickly. Seems this owner/management company really want to have this place looking good. Do have problems with people not picking up after their dogs and throwing cigarette butts everywhere. Overall, I like this apartment. People are friendly and except when the kids get home from school, is quiet. Laughing children, though, to me is pleasant. Found better luck talking to manager rather than agent/secretary - more likely to get things done in quicker fashion. Have problems with key access to laundry room. Washers and dryers are placed by a leasing company, so Riverbend is not responsible. Half the time they don't work.
