I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! I moved in when they were brand new and was promised a playground for my kids and have yet to see it a year and a half later. The pool never opens when it is supposed to and is closed at least once a week. They don't keep up on simple things (yet important) like smoke detectors and furnace filters. They have one trash dumpster for 22 buildings and it is at the front of the complex with trash piled high. They can't take care of what they have, yet they are building another 22 buildings next spring.

I agree, we have lived here awhile and the trash pileup is disgusting! As well the noise is bad with neighbors and no resolution. Maintenance is a joke and I am still waiting for resolution. And then the bugs...

I agree I have lived here for 2 years now, and was promised a playground for the kids, which was never fulfilled. The rent is somewhat high for council bluffs, and parking is terrible. Honestly, the only utility that we don't pay is for gas, because as you mentioned, we pay enough for the trash just having to smell it. The complex tried to tell us that we could not use our garage for storage, but were finally told otherwise by a lawyer. Another thing that really gets to me is that we have been trying to get a 3 bedroom for the last month and a half which by the way the apartment that we are finally going to get has been available for almost 3 months. Lastly, now we are being told that they are no longer going to mow our lawns and that it can be done voluntarily by the residents. It is in our lease that they are to take care of the lawn care, not the residents. Isn't that the reason people usually get an apartment? I might as well have my own house. I am paying for enough to have a mortgage, and getting no benefits from living in apartment life. This complex is just not on top of anything
