I highly recommend Cotton Wood apartments! The only noise I ever heard came from the common area where our front doors are together - otherwise I really never heard a peep from the apartment next door.
Parking can be tight, but garages are available and there are some double garages, which I was happy to find.
I had a third floor 2-bedroom with a pool view and a gas fireplace - I will miss both of these a lot in my new place.
The size of the apartment was excellent, with a huge living room, that I was unable to find in any other apartment complex. Even the balcony in my new place is smaller.
I'm moving to another city to be closer to my job, otherwise I would be staying put.
Billie, the weekday manager, and Chad, the maintainence guy, are both very good at what they do, and show they care about the complex and the tenants. I can only hope I have an experience nearly as trouble-free at my new place.
