I was only at Cottonwood for a short time, but I had no problems. Some little things were left unfixed at move in but all later maintenance requests were answered quickly. The managment and maintenance folks were good to work with and the rent was affordable. Management works to create a family atmosphere with newsletters and kids activities. Convenient location by freeway, but not close enough to be noisy. Lots of kids at the complex, so pool was frequently occupied. Parking on ends of complex is not a problem, just in the middle section. Laundry in bottom floor of each building has three washers and three dryers - usually no wait. No controlled access but never felt unsafe. Also on the edge of a neighborhood so my view was nice. No complaints overall. Would have stayed if not leaving town.
