Where do I start' I would not recommend this apartment for more than one reason. If you like to hear your neighbors peeing and closing their kitchen cabinets or don't mind the loud pitter patter of children's feet above you than move right in. But I wouldn't bring a car that's worth any money because it will get broken in to. The parking is tough at times. They have 5 guest spots for three buildings full of people. And they expect us to pay way tooo much, no pool, no workout center, no clubhouse, NOTHING! Boo!

I lived in this apartments for over four and 1/2 years. The firtst week we lived their our garage got broken into and over $1400.00 woth of things were stolen, when we reported it to the manager they sent a rent a cop to investigate. No proof but about two weeks later the asst. manager no longer worked there. After we lived there a month our pickup got trash from somebody have a beer bottle contest and we got a broken windshield and several deep gashes in the hood of our pickup. The next week we found at sometime during the night someone had stolen our tailgate. They switch manager so often you can't keep track so you tell something and find out that they are no longer there. So what you wanted done or what you thought was taken care of is not. I mention that I lived there for over four years and though they offered to replace or give us something extra for signing a new lease we never got it. When I got a transfer for my job I went and told them that I would be moving and I could only give them whatever notice I was givin. They said it was fine but they hoped it would be in a good time frame. I found out and told them but they then said they not only wanted and extra months rent they wanted a month to month rate. Because it was already six days into the new month. They request a full 60-days notice. My last month there they sent me a past due rent notice on the 5th and stipulated that the would not take a personal check only a money order, this was on a Saturday. When I called them they would not answer the phone or call me back. By the time I could get to the bank to pay them theyalso then wanted an extra $90.00 dollars on top of the $40.00they said I was passed due on. That next week they sent me a civil action suit to appear in court for past due rent and etc. When I went on vaction I got a call from the sheriff's department that they had evicted me and was setting my stuff out on the curb. This was on the 24th. I came back from my vacation and got my stuff then went to the managers office to do a walk on my apartment and she wouldn't open the door. And yes, my stuff was all setting on the street. When I called her on the phone she said that I never let her know I was moving out or talked to her about a job transfer and hung up on me. IF you expect your rent to be going up ever time you renew your lease and do expect them to fix anything and get pissed off when you don't renew your lease then move there. I recommend it highly to my enemies.
