I lived in Deerfield for a year... it was my first apartment and WOW what an experience. We had horrible neighbors who shook the shelves off of our wall from all the noise and jumping around and the management did absolutely nothing about it even after numerous complaints. Your car will definitely get broken into and items may even get stolen off of your porch. We had the toilet over flow from the apartment above us and when I called the maintenance man to tell him the toilet was overflowing and leaking into our bathroom he said he would have to handle it later. There is never any parking spots and the towing company will tow you whether you have a sticker to park or not and scratch your car while doing it. After all of this they raised the rent after our lease was up! I would NEVER live at Deerfield again.
