I live in the Livestock Exchange building managed by Seldin Company. I love the appartment but Seldin is the WORST company to rent from. In the past year I have had nothing but problems getting various things fixed. My carpet is coming up at the seam, which I have been told for at least a month that they are getting the carpet company to come look at it and give them a quote, my main toilet doesn't flush for 4 days now and have been told twice that they are putting a work order in, my water heater didn't work for 3 days and they told me they didn't consider that an emergency so they will get to it when they can. It seems like the office managers are inept so I have tried to contact the manager of the site manager the call was never returned and this morning I contacted the President of Seldin Company and he has yet to return the call.
