Still one of the most reasonably rated complex around these days. Staff is excellent. Manager has always been very helpful in answering questions and handling problems in a quick manner. Maintenance is a little overworked but he is always there the same day or 1st thing in the morning to fix any problems we might have. I cannot see moving from this community. We don't have a pool or a fitness room which I would like, but for the price, the quietness and the view make up for it. All in all, a very great complex. The best in Council Bluffs by far!
