We have been living here for almost 6 months. The apartment is very safe and quiet. Management is very efficient.The apartment area is beautiful with beautiful landscaping. Well constructed, spacious apartment. Only a few miles away from the business areas of Council Bluffs and downtown Omaha.

Overall, great apartment.

I want to say that Highclere is the most friendly complex in this town. The residents are outstanding and make Highclere what it is. People will stretch a buck to live with such a peaceful living arrangement. I hope that everyone at Highclere will remain for years to come as friends and get together and remember that their former Manager Kathy Batie loved all of them and would have given them her last dime had she had one for all of them. Take care all of the Highclere Residents... Kathy will miss you all more than you will ever know.
