I used to love this apartment complex, still do to an extent. We have a great community living here. Then, out of the blue, they changed apartment managers last week. -----, who was the apartment manager until recently, was AWESOME! She did such an amazing job, everyone here loves her. We had a monthly newsletter, Clubhouse outings, lots of pictures and so much more! If I needed something done she was on top of things, it was always done within 24 hours whether it was small or large. We have grown to be a family here, then the management changed and they decided, I guess, she wasn't doing enough. (I don't know what they are looking for but they are never going to find a better person to manage this community than -----.) I work in the management field, I understand cost situations, but this was the worst thing that management could have done. All I know was that ----- worked her tail off and we will miss her terribly. If you are looking for a great community complex, safe living and a close community, I can tell you that we were it up until last week. All I can tell you now is that when our lease is up we will be moving.

This sounds to me to be more of an issue with the change in management than an issue with the complex. It's hard to believe that in one week a complex could change from "a great community complex, safe living and a close community" to a place that you would choose to move away from. Have you discussed this with the new manager?

I understand being upset that someone you felt did a great job was let go, but at your job if there was someone who missed a lot of days of work and showed favoritism toward certain people you would want them to be talked to and possibly let go, right. I am sorry you feel this is wrong, but being the manager of an apartment complex is a job and that is what it needs to be treated as.
