Not TERRIBLE, worth the money, and I love the view!

I really love Parkwild. My family (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs, 4 ferrets) are all settled VERY well. The pet policy is kind of weird. The manager would like to meet all incoming dogs and cats, and ther eis a leash law and specified poo area. Other than that, it's a small $200 pet deposit and you're home free.
The area around the apartments is REALLY gorgeous, all wooded, nice and secluded, and relatively quiet. The only drawback is the trainyard across 8th st if you're in the front 2-3 buildings.
Parking is a hassle, as they HAVE a "Parking Permit Required" rule, but it's never enforced.
