River Park Apartments

 

I've lived here for almost a year, and the staffing here is wonderful!!! When I first moved in I worked two jobs one being over night and the other being merely a few hours later in the early morning.

When I first moved in there was a security guard that sat at the front due to construction going on and building the new addition to the complex.

At night he does his walk around all the buildings and he was even nice enough to make sure I made it into my building safely.

Living alone for the first time really scared me and they made me feel at home in no time at all! The maintnance is wonderful, they helped me set up my alarm system in my apartment, and even came in to kill a spider for me! It sounds stupid but I'm scared of spiders and it was a simple jesture like that, that makes me refer others to this complex.

The gym is wonderful, and each time I go in there people are very pleasant and don't treat you rudely.

I did have an encounter at the pool over the summer with a group of girls topless tanning mid-day when I took my 4 young neices and nephews to swim.

Other than that my neighbors and I hold the doors for each other and even take turns having dinner in each others apartments.

Although one person had complained of the concert noise, I enjoy it on a nice summer evening.

All in all I have enjoyed living at these apartments! I will keep recommending these apartments to anyone looking.

It is like living in the Old Market without the outragious price!
