I am truly looking forward to the end of my lease. I've been here almost a year and I would most definitely not recommend this complex to prospective renters. The complex is noisy, the parking is completely insufficient, the cars are unsafe and the management is inflexible about important things but allows items that are deemed against the rules in the contract. For example, many decks fly flags, which is against the rules, one resident by me has turned their patio into a dog kennel, etc. There are only 6 working lounge chairs at the pool. But when you bring concerns up to management, they are inflexible.

There is a lady that used to keep what looked like a No Frills bag of poo on her patio. I'm not sure if she still does it as I tend to avoid the "drag strip" when getting my mail.
