I like the location by the soccer fields and my kids can walk to school. Our rent is reasonable and our expierance with maintenance and the staff has been good. We moved in two years ago and have seen a big change in management. They do keep the place up, we just got all new siding and roofs. I had some issues with my stove and they replace it the same day. If the other parents would just look after their kids it would be better.
