I have lived here for one year and it has been the best experience. While the price is a little steep for this area, it is CHEAP compared to where i used to live (chicago). It has all the amenaties you could ask for in an apartment. The staff ALWAYS has a smile on their face. I am not able to comment on the maintinence since nothing in the apartment ever needed fixing. The parking is nicely lit and you feel safe to go out for a night walk. When it gets icy (as it frequently does here) they are out there plowing and salting to ensure our safety. Overall i give this place a 12/10 ! Kudos to you guys!

I have to laugh at this review as our apartment complex was one of the worst when it came to snow/ice removal this winter, especially during the last storm. It was incredibly icy for days and one day my neighbors couldn't even get to their garages because it was on a slight incline and there was no salt down. That was the case for more than 14 hours that day. One of my neighbors went out with a cup of salt and sprinkled it as she walked just so she could get to her car. The grounds have gotten messy over the last 6 months and it's not a "professional" living atmosphere like it used to be.
