On The Decline

This apartment complex used to be great. It's not bad now, but it's definitely not what it used to be and now seems over-priced for what you get.

The grounds are not nearly as clean as they used to be. The tenants have shifted from "professionals" to more college-age, Palmer students with less respect as far as keeping the noise down, keeping the grounds clean and being respectful of others.

The snow and ice removal happens at a much slower pace and that is not good news considering this winter.

The insulation is terrible! Winds come through doors, windows and even the electrical outlets on a very windy day.

Apartments are cute though and the pool is nice in the summer.
