I am a resident and I lease one of the companies 2 bedroom Apartments. I live on the first floor and my neighbor upstairs seems to have a problem with tossing cigarette butts on the ground in front of my apartment. I have complained numerous times only to be told that they will look into it.... Well, I'm sick of waiting and I'm not picking them up myself.
I also recently got a letter stuffed under my door stating that my rent will be raised 100$ if I am not out before the end of the month. I was more than happy to leave and began looking for another place when I got another letter 10 days before the move telling me that management made a mistake and I will not be let out of my lease....
