Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Pros: Private Entrances, Washer & Dryer in units, Heat & Water paid, Location, Garages, Exercise Room.

Cons: Parking is a Nighmare, Noise Problems due to Thin Walls and Cheap Construction, Only 1 Closet, No Storage, No Central A/C, In-wall A/C, No Pool.
