This is the loudest apt complex I have ever been in. The club house had a break in, and as a result the amenaties were closed. The hot water boiler broke resulting in many cold showers. Once it was fixed there was still a lack of hot water in the morning.

The club house was in fact broken into over 4th of july weekend. The locks were changed and new keys were given out. The fitness center is open 24/7 with the key. Unfortunatly, some have only lived at mommy and daddy's house and don't realize that apartment life is a bit different. When you live in an apartment, sad to say you have neighbors on everyside and you will hear noises. The boilers have always been fixed with an hour or so everytime I have ever had an issue.

I am a full grown adult and I have many years of apartment living experience. This place is in fact the loudest place I have ever lived! I certainly agree with the original poster.

I am the original poster for this comment, and infact I have lived in many apartments and currently live in the Raquet club (a better choice I think). The apartment was loud becuase the utility room vented out at my window and ran constently. About the boiler-If the boiler was fixed why did I still need to take showers at night so I could have hot water. I agree that at peek demand times hot water is hard to make for every one, but I only had probelms after the boiler was supposedly fixed. I never had probelms with hot water before the boiler started to have issues, and I understand that while it was being worked on we all had to be patient. My point is the performance of the boiler system was never the same after it was repaired. To help my credibility the complex was very fair with the security deposit and didn't try and take me to the cleaners.
