This isn't nearly as bad as the people on this site say or I was just really lucky. I barely ever heard my neighbors. I was in a 2nd floor apartment which I'm sure helped.
Parking wasn't bad. There was always a place to park, but if you got home at a bad time it may be a couple of hundred feet from you door, but not too bad.
Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a great convenience!
There is a new manager who seems to have things together much more than in the past. The apartments are small but were adequate for my needs. All in all I would recommend living here to a single person or a young couple.
