We had one bad experience after another as soon as we moved into these apartments in the fall of 2006. The girl who worked in the office back then was very rude. They changed management three times while we lived there. The second set of people who worked in the office were really rude too. We had people living above us who had parties every single night and played music all day and all night. It seemed like as time went on, these apartments became party central for deadbeat Quad City kids who never went to college. I would say the floors and ceilings are more paper thin than the walls. We had people below us who would complain that we walked around and talked too much! You can hear people peeing in the apartment above you! Gross! The maintence guy there is really creepy and smells like booze and cigarettes. Plus, he doesn't know what he's doing. The younger maintenence guy is competent and not creepy. These apartments are so-called luxury, but they are made as cheaply as possible with the cheapest appliances. Our garbage disposal always stunk really bad and the dishwasher always left food particles all over the dishes. They kept raising and raising the rent to rediculous amounts. And made us pay the water and sewer bill. These apartments are not worth the price. Beware!
