Let me just make this short and simple.....This million dollar makeover is the joke of the year!!!!!

do not move here or renew a lease. I have been here 6 months and management was clueless upon me moving in and the new management still remains clueless. Yes there is a bug problem which tells me the whole property is just infested because everyone has the same complaint. My water bill is always 40- 50 dollars per month. They never spray for bugs and maintenance takes forever......Im still waiting 2 months on a work order. They always have the answering service answer the phones. I just try to be away from home as much as possible.....In the meantime Im trying to get out this lease....It can be done...oh yeah i forgot the walls are super thin.....Save yourself the headache and dont move here. It sucks. So I shall start my research first with the TAA on steps on leaving this hell hole w/o paying a bunch of fees. Im sure court is where this thing will have to go...If not it is a learning experience and I will just tough it out... and I will never sign more than 6 months at a time....Anyone who finds comfort in living here isnt use to much..Good luck everyone who is misearable here..Those who like it, you and the roaches can have this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't know about the roaches, but what a headache management is. Never can get ahold of them and they don't return your calls. The owner of the building is your actual landlord and they hide behind the property management company they hired and tell them what to do who in turn tells the resident manager what to do. They have built layers of corporate shields. It is the risident managers job to keep the landlord hidden and discourage you from contacting them with your complaints,be it about them or the function of the complex. Good luck getting out of the lease and good luck trying to find the owner to take to small claims court. They will turn you over to some collections company then ignore all your attempts to negotiate with them. The resident manager will provide you with incorrect information and then recant what they said. Make sure everything is in writting.
