I lived in a 1br lower level from Oct 2005 - Oct 2006 apartment and it was well maintained and clean. The staff responded to anything within 24 hours and were extremely helpful/courteous. The rent was very affordable and the room was worth it. I Looked at several other 1br places around the Davenport area and none of them compared to what you got here. Make sure you tell them if you are a student or professional as there are discounts on the rent along with a smaller deposit required. I had no noise issues at all. Parking was OK as I Lived in a good spot near the office and didn't have to worry about walking far at all for a spot.
