My family lived there from 8/07-2/08. We thought it was going to be similar to great management at Winding Hill where we moved from..WRONG!! Parking is horrendous. Snow removal was even worse, we'd still have ice around up to a week afterwards. We were killing house centipedes 2-3x a DAY..they just kept saying its normal for an split level apt. Turns out we had mold in the small entry 'closet' and they just scraped it off and painted it! Thats not how you treat mold. We had energy bills of almost 200 because they didnt think there was anything wrong with the air ducts but our avg temp according to the gas co was 22F..we kept it at 80 to try keep warm (because it never felt warm). They wanted to tear up the walls and have a small heaters in the mean time. I'm glad we got out of there. NEVER RENT HERE! the savings did not matter because the quality of living is just plain awful.
