I totally agree with "anonymous"-do not enter.
These apartments are very unsafe and you might as well forget having a parking space anywhere near your apartment.
I just moved in here 9 days ago and am already trying to get out of my lease. I've had nothing but problems since day 1 and they do not resolve the issues AT ALL. We found out AFTER we moved in, due to us complaining of a terrible "hot wire smell", that there was a fire in the apartment right next to us a few months ago. The smell is still very strong in the hallways and in the our bedrooms.
I've already had someone try getting into my apartment.
I have a terrible TERRIBLE centipede, spider, and weird pincher bug problem and they refuse to spray in the apartment, giving the excuse that I have a small child. I had to caulk around the baseboards of the ENTIRE apartment and buy my own bugspray. The problem is still not gone and I am completely creeped out to even sleep at night thinking that we are going to be crawled on and bit.....I'm especially worried because I've found a lot of the bugs in my daughters room.
I refuse to walk without some sort of shoe on in this place.

So to make a really long story kind of short.....this place is a dump and I would certainly NOT recommend that anyone bother living here.
The rent may be quite a bit cheaper than most places, but the quality of living is extremely poor. This entire complex is a risk to your safety and especially if you have young children.
